Welcome to MyGlobby LLC (“MyGlobby”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Communications Covered

“Communications” means any disclosures, notices, agreements, fee schedules, statements, records, documents, and other information we provide to you or that you sign or agree to at our request, including but not limited to: pre-qualification results, rate quotes, and loan offer comparisons; applications and related disclosures; privacy notices and updates to our Privacy Policy; Terms of Use, policies, and amendments; account-related correspondence (e.g., confirmations, alerts, and status updates); any disclosures or notices required by federal or state law or regulation; and any other communications related to your use of the MyGlobby.

Note: If you proceed with an offer from one of our partners, they may separately require your E-SIGN consent for specific documents. This consent applies only to communications from MyGlobby.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you will need: a device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone); a current, supported web browser (e.g., the latest two versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge) with cookies and JavaScript enabled; a valid email address on file with MyGlobby; and sufficient storage space or an installed printer to save or print Communications for your records.

If our hardware or software requirements change in a way that could prevent you from accessing or retaining Communications, we will notify you and provide you with an opportunity to update your consent or request paper copies.

How We Deliver Electronic Communications

We may deliver Communications to you by one or more of the following methods: displaying them within the MyGlobby platform, emailing them to the address you have on file, or providing a link where you can access or download them.
